The World Health Organization has again issued a warning after the covid pandemic. Recently WHO published a global report on our lifestyles, the Global Action Plan on Physical Activity.

This report says many things about the sudden changes in the atmosphere and its impact on our health. It also says that more than 500 million people will be directly exposed to non-communicable diseases by the end of 2030.According to reports, lack of physical activity is the leading cause of these diseases. The report said that the disease might be more prevalent in women.

The WHO report suggests that physical inactivity, smoking, and alcohol consumption are the causes of many diseases. If one does the physical activity for half an hour to an hour every day, many diseases can be cured. Regular physical exercise can reduce the risk of death by 20 to 30 percent, heart disease risk by 7 to 8 percent, depression by 7 to 8 percent, and type 2 diabetes by 5 percent. It helps to stay healthy and fit.
