If the sun does not rise that means the photosynthesis process would stop. That will directly affect the living organisms along with the small plant kingdom. Within some days in the absence of energy, the living organism would die including the plant kingdom.
In the absence of light, the temperature of the world will decrease rapidly. Due to a decrease in temperature life would not exist anymore as live may not be possible in such extream low-temperature condition.
