As per a report In 2019 68 million tonnes of plastic are produced and China is the world’s height producer of plastic. But we know the harmful effects of such plastic. So we should avoid plastics and instead of plastic let’s choose recyclable materials, and try to reuse the used plastics.

2. Surface Cleaner- Surface cleaners are made from certain types of chemicals and they claim that these help to kill bacteria and fungus. But it also has some bad effects, it directly goes to the earth’s surface and mixes with the water too. By this, it pollutes water as well as the soil. It damages friendly microorganisms that damage the biological balance of our nature.

3. Toilet Cleaner- Just like a surface cleaner, toilet cleaners are also made from certain chemical components that damage the soil and the water. It reduces the oxygen level of the water bodies when it is mixed with water sources.

4. Polythene Bags- We are depending on polythene bags to carry maximum things. Nowadays online shopping companies also playing a major role to increase the polythene in our homes. So we should once think about the harmful effects of polythene and let’s choose the recyclable thing and try to stop or minimize the use of polythene bags.

5. Room spray- Do you know that all these things are made from chemicals that can damage the air quality? This spray produces a sweet smell and by enjoying the good smell we are directly damaging the air quality. So choose the traditional methods to enhance the smell of your home. You can use sandals and different types of good-smelling flowers like jasmin, sweet pea, rose, freesia etc. This natural smell is good for your health as well as for the environment .

The worst effect of all these polluting materials already started across the globe and we have to stop it before it becomes too late.Use less paper- Papers are made from trees. To save the trees we should use fewer paper products and try to recycle and reuse them.

Wastage of water is the biggest issue for the recent generation. The groundwater level is now decreasing in metropolitan cities across the world even in the rural areas also suffering from the water crisis. So let’s use water wisely and try to recycle it at any cost.
