Odisha Farmer Grows World’s Costliest Miyazaki Mango Going Rs 3 Lakh Per Kilo
Odisha’s planter Chandru Satya Narayan belongs to village Nilathar of Bargarh section in Odisha and has grown the Miyazaki mango. This mango is the world’s expensive mango, costing around$ 3000 per kilogram.
Hardworking Chandru made this possible indeed in the absence of formal education. It’s each about his passion and he has been awarded for this attainment. He brought this species from Bangladesh and planted it on his farmyard.
The mangoes are genuinely sweet and known for their different ruby red color. It gets it name from a Japanese town where planters reaped this species of mango.
The different variety of mangoes on the gate includes- Apoos, Alphonso, Raspuri, Mallika, and Kesar.
