Romania Planning To Kill 500 Bears
Death due to bear attacks increased in Romania. Recently the death of a 19-year-old boy due to the attack of Bear- forced the government to make this decision.
As per the report, last year Romania’s government culled 220 bears. To minimise the attack they are planning to reduce their number as Romania is home to the largest brown bear population. In the past two decades, the Bear attack took more than 26 lives and injured more than 274.
