History of World Environment Day: In the year 1973, for the first time World Environment Day was celebrated in Geneva, Switzerland.
The first theme of World Environment Day is “only one Earth during EXpo 74. Since then it has become a global event and many organisations also celebrate this day to aware more people. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host the 2024 World Environment Day.
